Return & Refund

At Risebass, we strive for customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team at support@risebassaudio.com with your order number and provide photos/videos of the item(s) to determine eligibility. Our team will respond within 3 business days.

  2. Ship the Item Back: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please use a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  3. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 working days. If approved, we will initiate a replacement for exchange or issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Return Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect product, quality issues), we will refund your purchase including shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to buyer's remorse (e.g., dislike, wrong size), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at support@risebassaudio.com.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled if contacted in time before shipment. Once the parcel is shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
